I've always loved the look of sewing on layouts but I've never really tried it. So, I decided to break out the sewing machine and give 'er a go!!

I'm so in love with this!! I should have given this a try sooner!!

For this month, I want to see some sewing on your layouts. It can machine stitching or hand stitching. Just no "fakers" OK. Wink

Here's my layout. I stitched around both patterned papers, one of them twice.

Can't wait to see your sewing! Very Happy

Another gorgeous layout Nonie...I love the look of sewing and have done it on occasion...just is such a hassel to get out the machine (mine is like 60 years old and in a cabinet) but for you I will pull it out! Wink

Stunning layout! I love the look of sewing too - just always forget about it when I'm in the process. Will definitely give this a go this month though.

I love this layout, Nonie!!!! Smile Smile The stitching just adds so much!!!! Smile

I'm so eager to get my basement reorganized (read: furniture out!!!!!) so that I can pull my sewing machine closer to my work area, I'll probably use it on every layout once that happens!!!! lol

I got another one done today...feels so good to be back scrapbooking after taking the summer off.
Here is my take on your challenge Nonie...keep in mind that I do not own a sewing machine!! Confused The stitches are hand sewn and only a few, too hard to put through the papers.
Thanks for the challenge!!
This is our DS and his girlfriend leaving to go back to Boston after being home for two weeks.

Close up of the creative flower and my hand sewn stitches!!! Laughing
